A Regional Community Read Out Forum where the Governor’s Black Empowerment Advisory Council will present updates on recommendations to support the wellness and economic prosperity of the Black community in Massachusetts and outline next steps. The Lynn session is at the Demakes Family YMCA, 40 Neptune Boulevard, on Tuesday, October 13, 2026, from 6:00–7:30 PM. Attendees are asked to RSVP by email to govcommunityaffairs@mass.gov.
